Absolutely fantastic dining experience! This is the best Thai restaurant I have tried in San Antonio area and I have tried about 20 different Thai restaurants in San Antonio. I ordered the shrimp Pad Thai and it was simply the best I have ever had. Highly recommend this restaurant!

I had a free meal for my birthday so my daughter took me for dinner. It was our first time to have dine in. Our server was the only one there except a manager (I think). She had a large dinner party in the other room so she warned us that things could be slow but she would definitely take good care of us. We had some drinks and appetizer and entrees. All very good! Yes, we were patient with the slower service but honestly it wasn't too slow and we were enjoying our evening so we didn't care anyway. She was a fabulous server and it seemed the manager was genuinely trying to help take care of the customers. The drinks and food was amazing. We had a wonderful evening for dinner and the service was fantastic. Highly recommend!

Excellent food and service. Decor was nice inside. Ordered summer rolls and pad Thai. Both were excellent and full of wonderful flavors. They were short on staff but we did not notice it. Everything was very enjoyable with one minor issue. The front entrance is not where you think it is. The door is on the south part of the building.

So glad we dined here! Visited on Tuesday evening, 11/7. It’s been a while since we had been to a new spot where every item we ordered was very good to excellent - this was definitely the case at Thai Topaz. We were welcomed very warmly by Jason, who seated us right away. Started with the MargariThais - these are easily the tastiest version we’ve tried of all the spicy ‘Ritas in town (Emily was our server for the evening but also made our drinks - perfect every time. She absolutely nailed them!). We ordered the Moo Ping appetizer. The sticky rice was spot-on and the pork was delicious. For soup, we tried the Tom Kha w/tofu, and decided on Red Curry w/chicken, and Chicken Pad Thai for the entrees. All 3 were excellent. We aren’t always pros at pairing dishes, so it was either luck (nope) or skill from the kitchen (definitely) that seemed to make everything we ordered work so well together. Between the fantastic food and Emily’s warm and attentive service, easily 5 stars.

We had a fantastic evening!! The food was on point, the atmosphere was intimate, and Emily has got to be one of the best waitresses I have ever had! She took great care of us. Party of 8 and she was on top of it! Thank you Emily and Thai Topaz for making my son’s birthday celebration a hit. You guys knocked it out of the park! We will absolutely be back.

Awful awful customer service. Stole $33 from me at the end of the day. Wings were okay but when they didn't deliver $53 dollars out of the almost hundred I spent they refunded me $20. Most the food didn't arrive. I disputed through every channel. Talked to the manager ad nauseum and he gave me $20 for the missing $53 worth of food. Thieves. Robbers. Shame on you. This is $63 worth of food.

This place is our favorite restaurant. The food is incredible across the board. When we order takeout, we stick with our favorites (Green Curry and Pad Thai), but when we dine in, we aim to try something new. Everything we’ve tried has been worth it and amazing. The tofu from here is unbeatable- not squishy or bland at all. The Spicy Mango Delight was the first dish I tried from here eight years ago, and it instantly got me hooked! Even my mom who is picky and averse to trying new things, was sold by the Spicy Crazy Noodles. Just take caution with your spice levels! The hottest is no joke. Also, they have a loyalty program which offers deals occasionally and for birthdays or anniversaries. Absolutely love this place! 100/5 stars!
